Our menu changes daily to suit the season and the guests, now that Summer appears to have arrived, there are lots of fresh new recipes to try out! I am baking different varieties of Bread each day for the guests to try out.
I take particular pleasure in looking after our vegetarian guests and those with special dietary needs.
