Historically, Glenbuck was a small village adjacent to Muirkirk which over time has diminished to a few cottages and the Loch. Glenbuck was also the home of Bill Shankley, Liverpool footballing legend. This room has taken its name from this area which can be seen from the large Velux windows.
This is a twin room which has the use of a private or shared bathroom(depending on our occupancy levels) with a large double ended bath, with shower overhead, large heated towel rail and a separate double walk in multi jet power shower.
The storage facilities for this room are solid pine and comprise of a chest of drawers and a bedside table also in this room is an original Lloyd Loom chair .
As with all our guest rooms, the Glenbuck Room comes stocked with fluffy towels, bathrobes, toiletries we think you`ll love, alarm clock, tissues, a hairdryer and a welcome tray comprising a variety of teas, coffees, tissanes, hot chocolate, fresh filtered water and a selection of home baking made just for you.
