BOOKING POLICY:
DEPOSITS
We require a deposit in order to guarantee your booking; this is normally £30.00 per room booked or 20% of the reservation value (whichever is the higher), and can be paid by Paypal, cheque, BACS or cash. See below for further details of each option. Deposits are non-refundable (unless we have to cancel your booking for reasons outwith our control, in which case all monies received will be refunded).
Cash Payments : Payment can be made in cash in GBP Stirling, we can also accept euros subject to a conversion charge.
PayPal Payments : Payment can now be made through Paypal, we will invoice you via your email for the deposit or the entire amount whichever you prefer and this way you can pay by Credit or Debit Card or a Paypal account if you have one. You do not need to be an account holder with Paypal to use this service.
Cheque Payments : Payment can be made by cheque in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank. Please make your cheque payable to Lesley Martin.
BACS Payments : For those with digital banking we are happy to accept BACS payments for deposit payments. Those wishing to pay for their entire stay by BACS should do so 7 days in advance and by prior arrangement. Bank details will be made available at time of booking, if you wish to use this service.
CANCELLATIONS
Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
Where we incur a loss of revenue due to cancellation, no show, or curtailment of stay, we reserve the right to levy a charge should we be unable to re-let the booked room(s), like for like. No charge will exceed 75% of the value of the booking. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
